ClipRack End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: September 30, 2025

By creating an account or using ClipRack, you agree to the following terms:

1. User Responsibility
   • ClipRack allows you to save and organize links to content hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
   • You are solely responsible for the content you choose to save and view through the app.
2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
   • You may not use ClipRack to save or distribute objectionable, abusive, unlawful, or harmful material.
   • ClipRack reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
3. External Content Disclaimer
   • ClipRack does not host or control any videos, images, or media. All content remains the responsibility of the original platform and its providers.
   • To report or block objectionable content, you must use the tools provided by the original platform.
4. Account Deletion & Data
   • You may delete your ClipRack account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account will remove your saved data from our servers.
   • For details on how we handle data, please review our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
   • ClipRack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for content hosted on third-party services.
6. Changes to Terms
   • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClipRack means you accept the updated terms.
